Retired WNBA Basketball legend Jackie Stiles will speak at Barton Community College at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 29 in the Fine Arts Auditorium to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Title IX. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.

The Barton Community College Theatre Department will hold auditions for its fall production of the bone-chilling thriller “The Thin Place,” by Lucas Hnath August 24-26 from 5-9 p.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
Barton accepts transfer credit earned at regionally and nationally accredited colleges in the United States. Transfer credits will be accepted from colleges and universities starting from the year they are accredited or hold candidacy status with their accrediting agencies. Non-accredited institutions are subject for review by the Registrar.
