38th Annual Wheat State Corrosion Conference
Tuesday, March 10 - Thursday, March 12
Our exhibit area is designed for all companies and/or individuals interested in displaying new materials, equipment, techniques, and services in the field of cathodic protection. The deadline for reserving exhibitor space is Monday, March 2.

Set Up Times
Tuesday, March 10 – 4-6 p.m.
OR
Wednesday, March 11 – beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Exhibit area will open at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11.
Fees
- $225 per space with 6-foot table
- $100 per each additional 6-foot table
- $75 per additional exhibitor attending
Payment taken upon arrival via credit card or check. Please make checks out to: Wheat State Corrosion. (Please do not mail checks!)
Tear Down
Exhibitors may tear down Thursday, March 12 after the conference. Exhibitors do not pay additional registration or conference fees. Exhibitor fees include exhibit area, refreshments, lunches, and funding of the Exhibitor Social.

All course schedules and registration fees are subject to change.
Cancellations and Refunds
- A full refund will be made if Agriculture & Industry Education exercises its right to cancel a course or if the enrollment limits is met at the time your registration is received
- A full refund will be made if your cancellation is received by Friday, March 6 via phone. Refunds will not be extended to customers who do not call and cancel.
- Exceptions to these guidelines may be authorized by Agriculture & Industry Education.
- Cancellations due to bad weather will be announced on KVGB-AM radio 1590, KVGB-FM radio 104.3, KZRS-FM radio 107.9, Eagle radio 100.7 or KSNC-TV.
