Artistic Director of the International Piano Professional Associations and Associate Faculty at the University of Kansas will visit Barton for a masterclass and a piano recital. During the masterclass portion, Wang will provide guidance to Barton music students on piano technique and demonstrating healthy habits for a successful career as a performer or educator.

Spring Play- Friday Night at The Hotel Wolf

$15 General Admission, and will include a piece of pie! Tickets will only be sold at the door.
A Friday Night at the Hotel Wolf is a historical ghost story written by Barton's Director of Theatre Dan Williams. The proceeds will be donated to the refurbishment efforts on the Hotel and the Ellinwood Underground.

Animal Creative Camp for Kids

Children aged 3-12 years will love this creative camp exploring the animal kingdom, from domestic to the wild! The camp includes classes taught by Barton Dance student in Dance, Visual Art, Tumbling, and Acting, plus a snack and movie time at the end. The camp is a fundraiser for Barton Dance Theatre's trip to dance in NYC.

Alithea Mime Theatre

Hosted by Barton Theatre, The Alithea Mime Theatre is a company dedicated to a continuing vision of mime theatre both as a single discipline and as a multidiscipline, with an emphasis on group choreography. The company has been selected for the Kansas Arts Commission touring roster and has been applauded for its dynamic fusion of mime and dance and combining comic and dramatic works in a rare and unusually entertaining performing arts experience.
