Thank you for registering for Barton's Virtual Enrollment Experience. We are committed to making sure your future as a Barton Cougar becomes a reality. To do this, we will provide a personalized enrollment appointment with one of Barton's dedicated advisors, all from the comfort of your home! To get things started, Admissions Staff will review steps 1 through 3 to make sure we have all the required documents needed prior to enrolling. Once that is complete, we will have an advisor reach out to you to continue with steps 4 through 6.

1) Have you applied for admission?

If not, our application is quick, easy, and FREE! Visit the Admissions Portal to get started. Not sure if you have applied for admission? No problem! Contact our Admissions team at admissions@bartonccc.edu.

2) Have you taken college courses?

If yes, and you want those hours to count towards your Barton degree/program, you will want to have an unofficial transcript sent to Admissions at admissions@bartonccc.edu. If your credits are through Barton, no transcripts are needed! Please have your college (if applicable) and high school official transcripts mailed to Barton at your earliest convenience to the following address:

3) ​Have you taken a placement test i.e. ACT, SAT, COMPASS, Accuplacer?

Admissions will check to make sure your Reading, Math, and English scores have been received. If needing to test, an advisor will assist you with testing accommodations. Please forward test scores to Admissions at admissions@bartonccc.edu.

4) An advisor will reach out to you by phone, e-mail, or Zoom.

Your advisor will be in touch with you by your preferred method of communication you listed on the registration form to pick out your courses.

5) ENROLL!

Enrollment can be completed 100% online. Your advisor will assist you throughout this process. Review the step-by-step enrollment instructions if needed.  

6) Finalize with the Business Office and review scholarships.

7) Have questions for Financial Aid?

General questions can be directed to financialaid@bartonccc.edu or by phone at (866) 257-2574. Questions about your application can be directed to your personal Financial Aid Officer.

8) Apply for Housing!

Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Students must complete the Housing Application located in your MyBarton Portal under the Student Services tab and submit the $120 non-refundable application deposit.

How to login to your MyBarton Portal

When logging in for the first time, your PIN/Password will be your six digit date of birth in the format mmddyy i.e. Jan. 6, 1992 is 010692. You will be prompted to change your PIN/Password upon logging in for the first time. If you are unable to login to your portal, please contact Enrollment Services at enrollmentservices@bartonccc.edu and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Student ID
  • Date of birth
  • Include text in the subject line of your e-mail, such as "Password Reset"
