Barton Community College has announced its spring 2021 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) International Honor Society initiates.

PTK is the international honor society for two-year colleges and symbolizes excellence in higher education.  Students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher are invited to join PTK. The PTK group at Barton spends significant time sponsoring local events as well as volunteering to support others’ events.

Barton students will give a special performance of dances, then lead a craft using basic household items to make a crown, teach storybook dances and much more. Children are encouraged to attend dressed up as their favorite fairytale characters. The cost is $10 per child and the event will be held on Zoom. Tickets are available at shows.bartonccc.edu.
