Computer Training: Digital Literacy Courses - Session 1

These IC3 Level 1 practice and testing sessions are a great fit for job seekers who want a quick resume-friendly credential, adults returning to work or changing careers who want a practical tech refresh, and high school or college students who want to feel more prepared for online learning and modern workplace expectations. It is also ideal for office and administrative staff, customer-facing employees, small business team and nonprofit staff or volunteers who use email, documents, and online systems, plus workforce development to build essential digital literacy for employment. At the conclusion of these classes, you will test for your IC3 Level 1 Certification. 

Level 1 (Foundations): Focuses on digital literacy basics, including recall and “remember” tasks and the ability to identify valid sources. Tech and internet basics, digital citizenship and privacy, searching and citing sources, creating basic documents/presentations, professional communication, collaboration basics, safety/security fundamentals. 

This training is 4 nights with the opportunity to test for certification on the last night. There is no cost to this class. Registration is required. Please call Dani at (620) 786-1108 for registration. Registration Deadline: 3/2/26. Only 30 seats available.
