Don't forget! Students who haven’t yet graduated from high school are still eligible to take Excel in CTE classes online tuition/fee free. Textbook costs and programs fees may apply. Eligible Excel in CTE courses can be found at the Excel in CTE Initiative (SB155) page.
Students in these classes can save even more money on early college opportunities through Open Educational Resources (OER), which qualifies students for low-cost (under $50) or no-cost textbooks. Eligible OER courses can be found on the Save Money on Textbooks page.
Barton Online Sessions also qualify for the scholarship rate of $75 per credit hour. Visit the Session Schedules webpage for course lists and dates.
Scholarship Details
Students who take advantage of instant scholarship will pay a tuition/fee amount of $75 per credit hour instead of the regular tuition/fee amount of $155 per credit hour after the scholarship is applied. Students will initially see a charge of $155 per credit hour until after the drop date and then the scholarship will be applied to reduce the course cost to $75 per credit hour. Additional costs such as books, access codes, supplies, etc. may apply depending on the selected course.
