Barton Community College hosted a President’s Forum Thursday, offering campus updates, a question-and-answer session with college leadership, and recognition of employees for their years of service.

The following individuals were recognized during the ceremony:

Cody Woods, Grounds Supervisor, 5 years
Melissa Feist, Coordinator of Adult Education, 5 years
Eric Foley, Director of Choral Activities, 5 years
Jon Dannebohm, Senior Technology Architect and Media Specialist, 10 years
Jenna Hoffman, Director of Human Resources, 10 years
James Henderson, Instructor of Hazardous Waste Worker Training, 10 years
Shelby Cunningham, Library Assistant, 10 years
Courtney Metcalf, Coordinator of Online Student & Faculty Services, 15 years
Stephanie Joiner, Dean of Academics, 15 years
Oleg Ravitskiy, Instructor of Life Science, 15 years
Amanda Schnoebelen, Head Cheer Coach, 20 years
Brian Howe, Instructor & Coordinator of STEM, 25 years
Walter Brown, Instructor of Military Programs, 30 years

Barton President Dr. Marcus Garstecki expressed his appreciation for the honorees.

“Barton’s culture is built on people who show up with purpose and heart,” he said. “Our service award recipients represent the best of who we are as an institution, dedicated professionals who care deeply about students, colleagues, and the community we serve.”
