Computer Information Systems

Computer Information Systems is designed to prepare students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.

Students will take classes in computer programming and business to prepare them to transfer. Students who successfully complete the degree requirements will be candidates for an Associate in Science degree.

Graduates who obtain a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems find job opportunities in areas such as software engineering, information technology, systems analyst, project manager and database administrator.

Computer Science
