Barton Community College has named 274 students to the President’s List for the spring 2024 semester. To qualify for this honor students must have been enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours and maintained a grade point average of 4.0 on a 4.0 or "A" letter scale.
Barton Community College has named 254 students to the Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester. To qualify for this honor, students must have been enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours and maintained a grade point average of 3.5 to 3.99 on a 4.0 or "A" letter scale.
Agriculture is a huge part of our local life, and the Shafer Gallery is using that as the theme for its first annual “Family Day,” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 10 in the Gallery.
Barton Community College’s Center for Adult Education will soon begin another nine-week session of classes.
It would be hard to count the number of crime scene investigation shows that exist, but it’s no surprise there are so many as criminal activity and everything surrounding it is compelling in many ways. Barton graduate Meisha Wilson is so compelled by the subject that she is pursuing a career as a crime scene investigator or technician.
The Shafer Art Gallery at Barton Community College is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "American Pastoral" art collection, made possible through a donation from renowned agrarian art collectors Mark and Carol Moseman.
