As a mathematics student at Barton Community College, you will be equipped with the analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for careers such as finance, software development, actuary science and teaching.  Additionally, you will be prepared to continue your mathematics education at a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor's degree in mathematics.

Students Preparing to Transfer

Barton Community College's mathematics curriculum is designed to provide the general education requirement and core mathematics courses for students.  Note that electives must meet the requirements of the transfer institution and students should coordinate with their advisor for transfer requirements.
