If you cannot get into your PAWS account, contact Enrollment Services on campus at ext. 252. If you are calling from off campus, call (620) 792-9252.

For help with e-mail, contact computerhelp@bartonccc.edu or from on campus call ext. 100. If you are calling from off-campus, please call (620) 786-1100.

Your username is your preferred name.lastname in Banner, not your legal name.

Your banner id is a replacement for your social security number that is safer to use, however, you need to remember when using your banner id that it is 9 characters long, the same as your social security number. Remember to put enough zeros in front to equal 9 characters.

Each Monday morning at 5:00 a.m., the current students are pulled from Banner and then the students are uploaded to the e-mail system and accounts are created usually by noon.

Faculty and staff can use PAWS to look up student's email addresses. Login and go to Faculty Services - Student Information Menu - Student Email addresses - Submit Term - then search by name or ID.
