Join us for the Brenda Lichman Ceramic Workshop, Saturday, February 11. The workshop is free and open to the public. She will also have an exhibit in the Shafer Gallery that will run January 13 through February 11.
10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Ceramics Room T 151 and the Shafer Art Gallery
Barton County Campus
10 a.m. - Starting in T 151 with throwing demonstrations with emphasis on a teapot form. Coffee, tea and snacks provided. A video will be produced of the workshop.
12 p.m. - Break for Brown Bag lunch in the Shafer Gallery. Bring your lunch and beverage.
12:45 p.m. - Start slide presentation and end with question/answer session
1:30 p.m. - Back to T151 to finish assembling and decorating forms
4 p.m. - Conclusion of the workshop
The workshop will be the closing event for Wayne Conyers' "Quarks, Quirks & Quantum Conundrums" exhibit and Brenda Lichman's exhibit at the Shafer Gallery. Brenda's work will be available for purchase in the Shafer Gallery during the scheduled exhibit and during the gallery presentation. Prices range from $42 Cups to $165 Teapots.
