CTE Virtual Scavenger Hunt Rules

Barton Community College is CELEBRATING CAREER and TECHNICAL EDUCATION (CTE) Month this February by hosting a VIRTUAL SCAVENGER HUNT to increase awareness about Barton's CTE programs and allow students to win prizes!!

Prizes include:

• Three (3) Credit Hour Scholarship
• ipod Touch
• $75 Walmart gift card

Here's how to get started on Barton's 2013 Virtual Scavenger Hunt!

1)Read about Barton's programs and answer questions with the     correct answer.


2)If you choose the incorrect answer, you'll have to click back to the question page and try again until you locate the CODE WORD. 

 The CODE WORD will be magnified like this: 

3)Once you have found the CODE WORD, click on it to go to the next question.


4)Collect all four CODE WORDS and submit them in the brief survey at the end of the online scavenger hunt.

5)Participants who complete the survey with the correct CODE      WORDS and provide valid contact information will be entered into a drawing for the prizes listed above.

Legal Stipulations
This contest opens on February 1st at 8:00 a.m. (CST) and ends on February 28th at 4:00 p.m. (CST). Entries submitted past this deadline will not be considered for a chance to win one of the three prizes.  This contest is open to entrants who are at least fifteen (15) years of age.  The contest is open to the general public, and affiliation/student status at Barton does not affect the selection of a winner.  Barton employees, full-time and part-time, are not eligible to win prizes and need not to complete the survey at the end of the contest.
